Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Skills & Tools:

Qualitative and quantitative research and fact-finding skills, Emails handling, strong problem-solving skills, strong written and oral communication, Problem solving strategy, Project management, team player, enthusiastic for learning and growth.

Experience Required:

Fresh graduates or one year of professional experience of relevant field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To conduct primary and secondary verification for multiple background checks
  • Management of client queries regarding the procedural steps of our service
  • Fact-finding and digging in to the records through state departments against the subjects across the globe
  • Management of existing service providers and procurement of the new ones
  • Research for the subject information against multiple media outlets
  • Maintain database/update with information as required, ensure records are accurate and complete Improve operational methods and workflows by identifying, recommending and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained for both customer and information • Any other task assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Required)
