Spreetail is seeking a Channels Performance Specialist to optimize and drive results across various e-commerce channels. This role focuses on enhancing channel efficiency and maximizing customer experience for our partners.

How you will achieve success:

  • Responsible for preventing customer problems and mitigating the impact of any customer problems that occur through the management, analysis, and improvement of CE Essential Task processes.
  • Responsible for the overall health of assigned essential tasks. It is your job to ensure your tasks get done to 100% quality and completion, while also working across the team with the intent of optimizing, eliminating time waste, and process improvement to ensure customers have an exceptional experience and we’re reducing the time we’re spending on essential tasks.
  • Collaborate across departments to put the right amount of pressure on stakeholders to ensure we’re eliminating bad processes that lead to customer problems or essential task work.
  • Ensure accountability and customer-first mentality with all team members. We staff our team to run efficiently and will function at a high level of urgency and pace.
  • Serve as a CE point person and owner for designated marketplaces and responsible for solving any issues, questions, or new processes created from our marketplace business that impact CE.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
  • 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
  • at least 4GB RAM;
  • Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
  • You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
