About the Warehouse Supervisor Role:
In this business-critical role, you will ensure the warehouse's operation runs smoothly on day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for ongoing logistics and warehouse management activities such as customs clearance, goods receiving, inventory control, picking and packing, storage, distribution / delivery (Outbound) of product, returns, recall, redressing, product destruction and associated customer services such as maintaining proper operational records, generating analytical / operational reports, mitigating risks and informing key stakeholders as required
- Monitor all relevant activities in a timely manner while meeting or following government requirements / regulations, operation related KPIs, industry practice and company standards / policies
- Develop and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement of local operations and reducing administrative burden and costs
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Over five years' experiences in managing in-house warehouse and integrated supply chain management
