Job Title: US Recruiter (C2C) Experience: 3+ years Shift: US Shift (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social networks, and referrals, to identify skilled candidates for diverse US job roles.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, and applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with job requirements.
  • C2C Recruitment Focus: Specialize in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment, overseeing the entire lifecycle for consultants and independent contractors. Negotiate contract terms, rates, and other essential details to ensure successful placements.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to comprehensively understand job specifications, expectations, and unique needs. Present candidate profiles and facilitate smooth interview processes.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular and meaningful communication with candidates, keeping them informed about job opportunities and providing support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • ATS Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Market Insights: Stay well-informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and changes in the C2C recruitment and US staffing landscape.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, providing consistent reports on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and other relevant data points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the role of US Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on C2C recruitment and US staffing.
  • Profound understanding of the C2C recruitment process, including adeptness in contract negotiations and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a capacity to establish rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work setup.
  • Familiarity with US labor laws and regulations about staffing and recruitment.
