Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Amazon Operations team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all activities within the store/account adhere to Amazon's terms and conditions. Your primary objective will be to monitor and evaluate the performance of various operational processes to ensure they meet the established metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with Amazon's standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess all aspects of the store/account operations to ensure they comply with Amazon's terms and conditions, policies, and guidelines.
- 2. Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to measure and evaluate operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- 3. Metrics and KPIs: Establish, monitor, and track key metrics and KPIs related to store/account performance, and work towards achieving or exceeding the defined targets.
- 4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, recommend process improvements, and drive their implementation to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- 5. Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to the operations team on Amazon's terms and conditions, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and improve performance.
- 6. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks, violations, or fraudulent activities within the store/account, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them in accordance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- 7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, document findings, and generate reports related to quality assurance activities, performance trends, and improvement initiatives.
- 8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including operations, customer service, legal, and product management, to ensure alignment on quality standards and drive process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal management, or a related field
- 2 years of experience working as a compliance officer, supervisor, or similar role in ecommerce industry.
- Familiar with all business state and local regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem solver.
- A keen eye on details for accuracy.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work in teams.
