As part of an activity increase on our Belgian site, we are looking for a
Project Manager
Job Overview: Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are meet within the timeline, the quality and the budget.
This position will report to the Director of Program Management.
Your mission will be to:
- Participate in defining the scope of project and objectives by involving stakeholders.
- Initiate, plan and monitor of assigned project to fulfill scope, budget and timeline
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and follow the progress of the project.
- Manage project scope change, in the planning and cost using appropriate tools.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams
- Implement and use defined project management tools to evaluate project performance.
- Evaluate and analyze project and business issues.
- Put in place risk management strategies to proactively prevent the risks inherent in the execution of the project.
- Manage the customer relations as well as all the stakeholders of the project.
- Create and maintain comprehensible and consistent project management documentation.
- Demonstrate problem solving capabilities to resolve situation promptly and efficiently to ensure on time deliveries and to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Profile:
- Bac +3 /+ 5 in a scientific field (chemistry, pharmacy or biology).
- Fluent in French and English languages, spoken and written.
- Several years experience in project management in an industrial/pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP environment with a perfect understanding of the interactions between a CMO and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation.
- Organized, attentive to details, able to manage priorities and work on several files at the same time.
- Strong problem-solving skill, self-motivated and a team player.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- PMP certification would be a plus.
