About the role:
In this position you will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager.
Position responsibilities:
Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomes
Builds understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans.
Effectively managing your territory and being the conduit between our business and our customers- representing Wattie’s to the best of your ability.
Develop a Territory plan through Customer Joint Value Plans which are executed- reviewed- and optimised.
Manages Territory performance through regular performance review by store.
Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy
Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets
About you:
Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers.
Experience in interpreting- selling- and presenting with data and insights.
Ability to work independently- as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Highly organised.
Commercially astute.
