Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving Dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized Dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers using two-way radios, telephones, and messaging apps. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation:$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:- Log customer complaints and service tech notes
- Plan and adjust service calls when necessary
- Monitor service calls and arrival times
- Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
- Organize dispatch documents
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required
- Applicant must have high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
- Must have experience with DAT, EZ loads and 123loadboard
