MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating the entire end-to-end deliver process for our business-to-business customers. Building strong and long-lasting relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. Export arrangements coordination. Cooperation with various internal departments. Identify opportunities to improve the process for customers and act effectively in taking them forward as appropriate.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Fluent in English - both written and spoken (C1 level) Previous experience within logistics, order management or customer service is nice to have. Experience in using Microsoft applications and SAP is preferable, but not a must. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a dynamic changing environment.
