Customer Operations Internship [Australia]


 

A chance to join a fast growing tech company in Melbourne on a paid 6 month internship! We're looking for a skilled, confident, enthusiastic graduate to join our customer operations team.

Our customer operations team is responsible for onboarding new clients and users onto our software and being there to support them when they need it.

Upon joining us, your first few of weeks will be spent getting to grips with our software, learning the ins and outs of it so you can accurately diagnose and resolve any issues. From there you'll be hands on in the role, working closely with our experienced team.

There is definitely the opportunity for this role to turn into a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to assist in the onboarding and implementation process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our software solutions.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our internal support system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
  • Conduct user testing and provide feedback on new product features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and engineering, to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to our product offering.

What we're looking for:

  • Recently graduated or about to graduate in a business related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a great personality. You like to work hard, but have fun whilst doing so.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and initiative.
  • Good understanding of software applications such as word and excel will provide a good grounding for the type of software you'll be using day to day.
  • Availability to work full time time, ideally for the next 6 months

Salary: $45,000.00 per year
