Cook [Indonesia]


 

A small hotel in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cook (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and sanitary
  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development
  • Assist with ordering ingredients and supplies
  • Handle guest complaints related to food quality
  • Maintain records and databases related to kitchen operations
  • Organize and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain daily reports to the Manager

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience as a Cook or similar role in a hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or degree in a related field
  • Solid knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Good work ethic and teamwork attitude
  • Able to work well in teams and proactive
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Responsive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp2,800,000 - Rp3,100,000 per month
