Job Title: Administration & Logistics

Reporting to: Crew Care Manager, Bali

Salary Range: 2-3.5 jt IDR/month

Work Style: Onsite (Bali), full time

Company Overview:


Padma Medical Group is a healthcare company catering to Indonesian workers who work overseas. Our core business is in the pre-employment medical space, but we have several other business units as well. One of which is a Crew Care team that receives patients who return from work sick for various reasons. Our job is to help them get better as quickly as possible (so they can return to work).

We are building a team that not only cares about delivering the very best treatment to our patients - to help them be successful in their postings overseas - but also teammates that can build a culture of attention to detail that is a requirement for our business success overall.

Position Overview:

We have recently deployed several service-oriented software products to aid our ability to quickly and accurately update and answer questions for our patients and crew who come to our clinics. We are staffing support people to help us manage these inbound requests. Our Crew Care admin team will coordinate patient appointments, travel logistics, nurse companions, prepare the treatment briefs and fill out the required forms to document treatment.

The best candidate for this role will have some experience, but more importantly have the appetite to learn more, take responsibility for problem solving, helping to create and improve processes. They must have a positive and happy demeanor, that presents well in both verbal and written communication. They should be brave enough to give feedback when something isnt working, but also be solution oriented instead of only raising problems they encounter. The best candidates will be able to demonstrate curiosity and a learning mindset through the interview process and match culturally with our team of young, go-getter teammates.

  • Minimal lulusan setara D3/S1 di segala jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang customer service dan hospitality ( freshgraduate di persilahkan )
  • Latar belakang di bidang medis menjadi nilai tambah
  • Jujur, teliti, dan mampu bekerja tim
  • Good attitude, semangat untuk belajar & pekerja keras
  • Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang sopan dan baik

Job Description

  • Memahami prosedur pelayanan crew di divisi Crew Care
  • Komunikasi dengan crew melalui Whatsapp (desktop app), telepon dan Email
  • Mengirim Medical Record melalui email selama treatment di Bali
  • Membina hubungan baik dengan crew dan medical care partner
  • Memberikan informasi kepada crew terkait fasilitas dan pelayanan Padma Bahtera Crew Care
  • Menerima dan mencatat komplain crew untuk dilaporkan kepada team(Kezia) agar ditindaklanjuti
  • Melakukan survey kepuasan crew secara rutin dan dilaporkan untuk menjaga mutu pelayanan Crew Care
  • Membantu dalam mendistribusikan meal allowance ke crew hotel yang sedang melakukan treatment di Bali
  • Membantu dalam memesan dan mengantarkan obat untuk crew sesuai dengan resep dokter
  • Melaksanakan kegiatan tambahan lainnya sehubungan dengan aktivitas Crew Care
