About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for an intern to join the Sales Business Development function, reporting directly to the Area Europe eCommerce Lead.

You will support the Area Europe eCommerce Lead on driving the growth of the eCommerce business and capabilities internationally.
As a key player in the Global eCommerce Team, you will be in contact with business units in the assigned Area and will be a strategic partner with the local markets to deploy eCommerce business plans and capabilities.

Moreover, you will also support transformational Group projects to accelerate the eCommerce maturity and help to codify them to ensure a scalable and sustainable development.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Area E Commerce Lead to create/keep evolving a compelling eCommerce Vision and Strategy for Ferrero that is aligned with all key stakeholders.

In partnership with local E Commerce teams, you will be assisting the design and implementation of local eComm strategies inalignment with the Global E Commerce strategy.
You will be developing tailored acceleration plans for all assigned markets to drive capability development in partnership and following through with the implementation.

Moreover, your role will be to promote the use of a standardized set of ecommerce tools and processes that the local market teams can effectively deploy throughout their organizations.

Finally, supporting the follow-through of the E Commerce boost plan implementation will be also under your responsibility.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or other related fields.
You are familiar with the digital environment and terminology.

You are showing adaptability, problem-solving and collaborative attitude.

Finally, you are demonstrating Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint) and you are fluent in English.
