Responsibilities:
· Supervise all activities of Building finishing.
· Purchasing and receiving all the materials related to the site in accordance with the required quality.
· Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, design and specifications.
· Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.
· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and ensure laborers are working and implementing correctly.
· Submitting daily reports to the technical office and coordinate with other occupations to resolve any conflicts between the rest of the disciplines.

Job Requirements Skills:
· The ability to find solutions and alternative materials commensurate with the required cost and quality.
· Strong knowledge of all new materials and finishing methods in the Egyptian market, as well as the updated prices.
· The ability to supervise and manage multiple finishing sites at the same time.
· The ability to read and understand the details of designs with high efficiency.
· The ability to work with multiple projects.
· High team work skills.

Job Required Experiences:
· Preferred a minimum of ( 3-5 years ) previous experience in finishes projects.
· Preferred previous work experience in Architectural consulting office, Real Estate development companies or Decoration companies.
· Preferred previous experience in project management , or has previously dealt with project management
· Ability to deal with various design programs (AutoCAD – Revit – Adobe Photoshop - SAB - Autodesk 3ds Max - MS office - BIM).
