We are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity to work in a fast paced and varied role as a Customer Service Advisor within the motor industry.
The role requires an enthusiastic candidate who is experienced in a Customer Service based role and is comfortable with communicating with customers face to face, by phone and by email.
Duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
Liaising with clients and external companies to obtain information required to enable the vehicle repair to be processed
To identify any problems during the repair process and resolve them in a timely manner - liaising with the relevant people to resolve
To work as part of the team, displaying excellent communication skills throughout the complete repair process
Acceptance of delivery of vehicles and handing completed vehicles back to client
Administration duties in relation to the repair process and booking in of vehicles
Due to the nature and location of the role, access to your own vehicle is required.
