About our Team:

Due to the recent expansion of our client base here, we are seeking a new team member to join our existing client support team.

We value an ability to learn quickly, creativity, attention to detail as well as the ability to self-manage. Being a small team, you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our customers in gathering feedback and requirements so good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line of support via telephone, ticketing system or internal referral to our clients and become their main support interface with the business.
  • Perform remote diagnostic testing and analysis to help resolve client enquiries
  • Perform QA or User Acceptance Testing of newly built client solutions enhancements.
  • The option to carry out Warranty inspections
  • Provide internal solution support to sales and development teams

Essential skills required.

  • Computer skills both software and hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good documentation skills.

  • Flexible approach to work, be able to grow with the company as it too grows.
  • Able to work autonomously and part of a small team.
  • Ability to build and maintain client, supplier, and internal team member relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $31.50 per hour
