Chat Support Executive [India]

We are looking for Email & Chat support executive for Central Contact Center. Applicants should be well versed with typing skills and should have good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering and addressing clients queries through chat and email.
  • To Analyze clients requirements.
  • Ownership of client issues and resolving them on a priority.
  • Multi-Tasking skills.
  • Good Decision-Making skills.
  • Good Proficiency in English and other regional languages.
  • Flexible to work on a shift basis.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year.
  • Graduation is Mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply).
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Languages-English.

Skills Required:

  • Freshers with strong customer focus.
  • Basic knowledge of computers- MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.
  • Flexible to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days.
  • Any customer service experience/BPO experience.

Shift Rotational 6 days of working1 day rotational week off.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
