Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office or department you are assigned to. Your main responsibilities will revolve around administrative and clerical tasks to maintain an organized and efficient working environment. You will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with various stakeholders and assisting in the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication:

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

Handle inquiries and provide information when needed.

Manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram , Google pages with running promotions and updating real time events as and when they occur.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls with customers and management/sales team.

Office Management:-

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.

Data Entry and Documentation:

Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or other systems.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to various departments or team members as assigned.

Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary.

Assist in special projects as assigned by management.

Time and Task Management:

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Assist in calendar management for executives or team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

1> Graduate/Post Graduate - BA (English)/Bcom/BSc

2> Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

3> Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Manage Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google pages.

4> Strong organizational and time management abilities.

5> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6> Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

7> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8> Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

9> Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

As an administrative assistant, your role is fundamental in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute significantly to the overall success and productivity of the team
