Travel Agency Sales Manager [Finland]

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Your expertise in travel agency operations and your fluency in English will enable you to effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key responsibilities:
  • B2B sales with tour-operators and tour-agencies:
  • Identity and engage with potential clients, including travel agencies and tour operators, through various channels such as networking events, trade shows, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in the travel industry, preferably in a sales role..
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

You can work on-site or hybrid. The job will start in Sept. 2023.
