Based at our Highbrook site and reporting to a General Manager, we have an Operation Manager position available.
IN THIS JOB YOU WILL BE:
- Provided with an excellent opportunity to combine skills in client relationship and operational warehouse management;
- Have full P&L responsibility, managing all operational, strategic, financial, and people aspects of delivering services to clients
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A strong leadership background with the ability to influence, lead and motivate across all levels and parties to consistently achieve outstanding results
- An in-depth understanding of logistics including strong warehouse management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in relationship management, negotiation and influencing.
- Degree qualification in Business, Management or Supply Chain advantageous
- Solid financial skills that include developing targets, maintaining budgets, and analysing operational initiatives
- Operational excellence leadership skills, ensuring standards are maintained and or improved as required
- Open and effective communication skills – verbal and written, as this is critical to the success of this role
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively and professionally
