The global Marcom Business Partner role is supporting multiple businesses in achieving their goals, leading the communication strategy, project managing the campaigns and content development with the respective subject matter experts (SME) / specialists and agencies. This role is responsible of understanding the content and campaign gaps versus the business needs and of integrated campaigns plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the gobal strategy to support with the communication initiatives, including content and campaigns that would bring the desired results; Split the requirements into deliverables based on the strategy and plans
  • Understand the personas, the customer journey and the value proposition for the assigned business unit and build good working relations with the decision makers
  • Map the existing content versus the customer journey, decide content gaps, write marcom briefs and project manage with external agencies and internal SMEs / specialists to produce the needed assets
  • Advocate the Marcom strategy to business leaders, marketing counterparts, engineering and sales and provide guidance on what is needed to ensure integrated campaign success
  • Define content needs for each channel- visuals, copy, design, 3Ds, P2P etc., drive overall creative scope and project manage to get it all done; Decide gated content strategy
  • Project manage with Comms channels specialists – Web , Social, e-Mail, online and physical events, copywriters and designers to drive the business content projects
  • Drive and deliver the integrated campaigns in the plan, ensure reaching the objectives in terms of KPIs / ROI and present the results
  • Ensure (OEM) database is growing on the specific business and link with the business results
  • Manage the assets of the business and make sure they are available for future use in the DAM
  • Ensure the approval flows are met
  • Manage P2P process for own activities

You need:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated campaigns and content development
  • Proof record of B2B strategies and campaigns led
  • Agency briefing and project management experience
  • Fluent in English
  • The ability to diplomatically negotiate and to present own ideas
