Team Lead is responsible for managing and supervising the team of customer support agents and looking that all the operations are going smoothly, KPI are being met and the quality of the operations is overall improved.
Job description
· Creating effective coordination with team members to keep them engaged & intact with team deliverables
Interacting closely with team members to ensure maximum target completion and effective resource utilization
· Maintaining qualitative & quantitative targets by adhering define protocols
· On-call escalations handling for better customer experience
· Ensuring the daily, weekly monthly lead qualification targets accomplished as assigned by the manager
· Pressure handling
· Proven ability to take strategic initiatives
· Advanced MS Excel and system handling skills
Experience and Qualification:
· Experience 1-2 years of working in a Contact Center with team management is a must
· Minimum qualification: Bachelor or above
