Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that importation and clearance process of international shipments are done accurately on time.
- Ensure that exportation and documentation for the shipments are done accurately on time.
- Ensure that documents of exported/imported shipments are following the customs rules and regulations.
- Prepare packaging list, commercial invoices, and all required shipment documents accurately.
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports – import.
- Communicating and consulting with customs brokers to ease passage of shipments through customs, counseling clients on matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Support SCM to reorder materials/services and initiate the procurement operations.
- Support SCM on collection of the quotations, preparation of bid analysis and comparison charts.
- Support Supply Chain Manager (SCM) in conducting market analysis on a regular basis.
- Support SCM to keep payment, shipment, inventory, and export trackers updated.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet the deadlines of customers and PaneraTech.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and maintain effective compliance measures within the supply chain function.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customs, import, and export operations.
- Contribute to the supply and logistics daily to-do list and submission of reports if required.
- Ensure that Supply Chain documentations are accurate, digitalized, and archived.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to supply chain operations.

The Supply Chain Officer should be flexible and adaptable with regards to the implementation of the daily work/activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customs, ATA Carnets, import and export operations, preferably in a global tech company or a similar industry.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experiences in logistics and/or SCM.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
- Perfect communication & coordination skills.
- Excellent skills dealing with different departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities to engage with suppliers and drive favorable terms.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
