We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Stores Clerk to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Transport Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Daily oil dips and oil readings
Daily and Monthly stock taking
Interaction with Suppliers (Quote requests)
Ordering of Parts and Consumables
Receiving and Issuing of Parts
Manage Stock Levels and Parts requests from Depots
Opening and managing of Jobcards
Syspro Ordering and receiving
Matching of Daily Invoices
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Valid Code EB Driver’s License
3 – 5 years’ experience in Workshop Environment
Computer Literacy (Syspro & Excel)
Knowledge:
Stock / Parts Knowledge
Product Knowledge in Hino, Isuzu and Toyota
Internal procurement controls
Internal departments' stock control
