This position is responsible for Endoscopy (Laparoscopic) business to execute sales strategies & plans nationwide with the goal to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals by solid implementation of sales strategies and activities.
  • Support Business leader to formulate the sales plans and activities in accordance with business strategy, market trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with business partners (dealers), customers and regularly interact with business partners to ensure the best coordination.
  • Accelerate direct sales in teaching hospitals by building up robust rapport with key customers.
  • Expand our market coverage and presence by developing and upgrading the capability of individual sales reps.
  • Implement innovative sales & marketing activities while developing and building strong relationship with KOLs across diverse specialties applying fluorescence leadership.
  • Make full use of feedback from customers as related to quality of service and actualize ‘Closer to the customers’ engagement program.

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes

  • Bachelors Degree in medical or healthcare related fields preferred.
  • 10+ years’ sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry preferred. Familiarity with medical terms preferred.
  • Endoscopy and direct sales experience highly preferred.
  • Strong capability of interacting with and meeting the needs of hospital staff like doctors and nurses.
  • People management experience with proven ability to motivate and drive performance of a team.
  • Good business acumen and problem solving skills.
  • Results driven with good negotiation & communication skills.
  • Agile and nimble with your approach and able to proactively meet business requirements.

Leadership

  • The role will be responsible for providing effective leadership to a team of sales reps and has authority of promotion, staffing, and setting performance objectives. You will also provide coaching, constructive feedback, development opportunities, etc. for the team.
