Highfield Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction with Hospital staff, residents, their families and the public.
Working hours: This is a part-time position working 3/4 shifts per fortnight, these are 12 hour shifts with a shift pattern of 8.30pm to 8.30am. The successful candidate will be provided with full training.
Role Summary:
- To check all exit doors and windows, in all units and ensure that they are locked between the hours of 8.30pm and 10.00pm.
- To maintain a physical presence at reception from 10.00pm.
- To be available to accompany the Night Nursing Officer on their rounds and when required.
- To assist with any other duties as and when required.
The post holder:
- At all times wear appropriate clothing and must be clean and presentable.
- Ensure that you are fully aware of all health and safety regulations.
- The post holder will always behave in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to local rules in the various units regarding locked doors and maintaining confidentiality.
