Customer Service Advisor, Obsługa Klienta
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate processing of customer orders.
- Coordinate and collect payments in accordance with payment terms, while resolving customer issues within established service level agreements.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive technical support and arrange meetings with both existing and potential customers as required.
- Engage with customers via telephone or email to provide product information, manage accounts, schedule meetings, or address inquiries and complaints.
- Timely and accurately provide customers with quotes for products.
- Study product information to develop a deep understanding and professional knowledge.
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure customer needs are consistently understood and addressed appropriately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Seek out and report on customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Polish are required. German language skills would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Adopt a "people first" approach and prioritize customer satisfaction in decision-making processes.
- Display natural curiosity, actively asking questions and contributing new ideas.
- Possess strong communication skills to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections, and demonstrate empathy towards customers.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring resolution and striving to deliver a personalized, friendly, and efficient service.
- Proactively stay updated with relevant information in the field.
