POSITION

  • Operate daily jobs of answering and follow-up customers’ inquiries on products and services in a timely, accurate and effective communication way with professional knowledge.
    • Respond to customers and internal stakeholders calls and e-mails on products/purchases/delivery information (price, usage, delivery status, promotion information etc.)
    • Handle customer claims in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.
    • Determine the nature of the contact and capture relevant data for the customer information database.
  • Providing answers to customers inquiries on Q&A boards on a daily basis. Monitor up-to-date information is maintained throughout various online sales doors.
  • Summarize customer contact data on inquiry volume and trend for assigned channels/brands
  • Review and revise materials on product information guideline as needed.
  • Perform general administrative functions and provide support as required.


PROFILE

  • 0~1 years of CX relevant working experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open-minded and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Well organized, multi-tasking, agile
  • Call center environment of work experience is preferred
