Your Career
As an Advisory Service Delivery Lead, you’ll help customers with their cybersecurity journey. This means delivering a cybersecurity enterprise security architecture (across network, cloud, endpoint, and SOC) and a cybersecurity strategy to address all the customer’s use cases. You do not shy away from difficult challenges as it relates to cybersecurity, delivery, and/or providing solutions. You are the lead advisor and will interact directly with our customers and delivery teams to help the organization secure their enterprise resources. You will work with a team to ensure the best and most complete solution is provided. This position supports our Global Professional Services organization.
Your Impact
- Ability to tailor delivery methods according to the scope of the engagement to achieve the biggest impact for clients
- Provide delivery support in pre-sales, demonstrating the ability to excel in delivering large-scale advisory services engagements
- Possess technical knowledge on architecture and design best practices
- Support non-cyber-IT teams with understanding and assessing technical concept(s)
- Continuously develop internal intellectual property to assist sales, product, and delivery teams with delivering world-class security solutions
- Assist in the development and maintenance of agnostic advisory services
- Ability to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate them to stakeholders and clients
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain synergetic
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- Performs quality control on each engagement throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Ensure delivery of services and deliverables are within the agreed upon time constraints
- Responsible for the delivery of each engagement and the quality of all deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure positive sales results and effective delivery services.
- Travel (30-50%) for internal meetings, pre-sales support, and customer engagements (Post COVID-19)
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree, MS degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent education/training/experience
- Excellent interpersonal/communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Delivery leadership experience across a cross-functional team of consultants
- Understanding of the different concepts of cybersecurity
- 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity and technical advisory
- 4-6 years experience in customer-facing consulting with a leading consulting firm
- Ability to ensure that the technical vision is maintained throughout the design and implementation of an engagement
- Ability to effectively juggle and manage many different tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lead numerous customer projects simultaneously
- Ability to work as part of and/or lead a technical delivery team
- Ability to create and document solutions as a delivery team leader
- Experience in designing solutions within risk management frameworks [preferred]
- Experience with a varied and broad range of enterprise networking and security technologies
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid, trusting relationships with stakeholders
- willing to travel up to 50% within EMEA both national and cross borders
