THE OPPORTUNITY
As a key member of our Port Augusta retail store, our Sales Team Members will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Over the counter, face to face and telephone sales
- Supporting and resolving customer queries & issues
- Store merchandising, stock control, inventory and purchasing support
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven Selling skills
- Willingness to be forklift trained
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst Selling experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that sets you apart
This opportunity is open to candidates seeking permanent part-time or casual employment working approx. 20 hours per week. A competitive remuneration package based on experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
