Pembroke Kilkenny are now recruiting for a Night Porter to oversee our Night time operations. The Night Porter will promote a professional and positive image to our guests and contribute to the hotels core values and business vision.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Cooperate and Liaise with Pembroke Guest Relations and Food & Beverage Managers
- Carrying out security checks of entire hotel building on a regular basis
- Creating a great Sales and Customer Experience environment during the night shift.
- Carrying out required cleaning duties through the night, in line with our Covid 19 procedures and Government guidelines.
- To assist in the restaurant/bar/lounge when required.
- Dealing with telephone and guest enquiries.
- To assist with meeting rooms set-up and service when requested.
- To replenish customer supplies and accessories as required.
The Night Porter must be:
- Customer Focused
- Reliable
- Diligent
- Able to work on their own initiative
This Candidate will need to be able to show evidence of:
- Exceptional Customer Care
- Experience in a Similar role

This role could be either full or part time and might suit a student or candidate looking to progress in a hospitality management role.
