Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including but not limited grievances, complaints, and conflicts.
- Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on appropriate courses of action.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to employee relations.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on employees’ relations matters.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote positive employee relation and engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records related to employee relations issues and actions taken.

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
