The candidate should be a Systems Engineer having experience of at least 15 years. He should be an expert in preparation of standards for systems of toll collection and HTMS. He should be a graduate in Civil Engineer. He should have experience of international latest a technology/systems in the field of HTMS and Tolling. He should have work experience of at least one in Establishing HTMS and one in Tolling Systems.
