Job Descriptions:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring that they are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Assisting guests with any special requests they may have during their dining experience.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest complaints or concerns, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the restaurant's menu and specials to assist guests with recommendations and orders.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, including answering questions and handling inquiries.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as the kitchen, to ensure that guest orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Conducting regular check-ins with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Maintaining guest records and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions related to guest services, including restaurant bills and other expenses.
- Providing accurate and timely reports to management on guest feedback, issues, and concerns.
