Background:
Senzokuhle Enterprise Development Initiative with Discovery
Health, and the Franchise Association of South Africa are in a process to launch a Healthy Company Campaign which is aimed to provide an Affordable Healthcare Product for Employers (FASA
Franchise Members) dedicated to their Employees.
The Call is National for Ground Agents who will be part of the Sales and On Boarding Administration Team on All Municipalities in Local and Metropolitan Municipalities.
The Campaign is looking for 285 Ground Agents Nationally.
Occupational Information:
* Description: The Ground Agents will be Sales Administration
Representatives for Senzokuhle Enterprise Development Initiative in association with Discovery Health, Telkom and the Franchise
Association of South Africa.
*Duties: The Ground Agents will mainly be responsible for facilitating sales administrative duties, On Boarding systems, facilitating group chats and Related clients relationship duties.
*Compensation: The Ground Agents will be compensated on the
Commission basis upon which the commission structure will be shared with the Selected Candidates.
*Experience: Sales and or Administration Support Experience will be a benefit.
*Criteria: The Criteria for Recruitment will be based on the following highlights:
-Matric.
-Experience in Sales/Administration(Bonus).
-Communication and People Skills.
-Must have Smartphone and be Computer Literate.
-Must be a South African Youth.
-Must have Sober Habits with a Professional Conduct.
