Responsibilities - your mission

Our Information Management (IM) department for Corporate Functions and Transverse Products is partnering with all Airbus business functions: from touching Airbus employees in all divisions with our HR and Finance solutions, driving the group-wide strategy for Advanced Analytics & AI, right through to integrating our data-driven capabilities like Skywise in our Customer Airlines.


As PMO for Finance & Business Operations your main responsibilities will be

  • Monthly financial consolidation and reporting incl. purchase order follow-up
  • Quarterly support to financial forecast and OP preparation
  • Support to collection and consolidation of projects workload and capacity balancing
  • Monthly Headcount and JR tracking and support to annual Resource Review preparation
  • Drive, follow-up and reporting of transverse actions, projects or KPIs, ensuring deadlines / milestones are respected
  • Support to Communication (internal / external) and events management
  • Development and maintenance of GSites


Requirements - our ideal candidate is / has

  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomous and result-oriented
  • Constantly looking for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite, incl. design of GSlides / GSites
