What you'll do:
Develop our existing brand story - building on our EVP and accentuating our unique selling points as an employer
Craft content and define channels to tell our story effectively
Ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with our Wix values
Create content for major campaigns and recruitment efforts in online and offline activities
Measure and analyze employer branding metrics to evaluate and improve strategies
Work closely with different stakeholders including senior managers, content and design professionals, and wellbeing teams
Qualifications:
Employer brand expert with at least 5 years of experience in employer branding or marketing, preferably in the tech industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
Excited to take ownership of employer brand
Strong marketing skills, including social media strategy and management
Talented writer and storyteller
Data-driven
Excellent project management and organization skills
Fluent in English
Great interpersonal skills and thrive working with cross-functional teams
Independent, positive thinker.
