About the Position:
We are seeking experienced Data Managers/Data Analysts, to join the Insights & Analytic Services team (within the Information Services Division). This role will work closely with the Product Specialist, Data Analysis, and Data Engineering teams to build out our client’s Data Management Platform and associated services. The Data Managers support the full lifecycle of data in T-REX from ingestion to curation, normalization, and delivery. The team is responsible for ensuring the highest level of data quality providing unique value to our client’s platforms and their client’s workflows.
As part of the Information Services division, you will have an important role in the development and operations of the strategically managed data services offering. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to build out and continuously enhance the service and platform while working with client development to align client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- 3+ years of Data Management experience.
- Experience working end-to-end on Data Management for products in Financial Services. industry, specifically in Structured Finance, Project Finance, or Warehouse Lending.
- Experience defining, creating, and maintaining taxonomies and data dictionaries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Creative thinker.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of renewable energy or esoteric assets.
- SQL.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage data models, data dictionaries, and taxonomies in support of our client’s data and analytics platform.
- Assist their clients with the onboarding and ongoing management of their performance data.
- Ensure our client’s data content and platform are continually advancing, working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Provide the highest quality data for their users by continuously defining, developing, and adhering to a data validation process from ingestion to end-user workflows.
- Ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of our client’s data management capabilities and processes are world-class and always improving.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with data sourcing and integration partners.
- Identify new sources of data to improve and enhance our client’s platform and analytics.
