We, FOR YOU TRANSPORT LLC, established in the year of 2014, has emerged as a recognizable transporting Co. in various kind of Goods transporting trucks. We are located Al Jazeera Al Hamra in Ras Al Khaimah. We are looking for an Accountant who needs to meet the following criteria.
- The applicant should have the knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, and other internet & email applications.
- Educational Qualification - B-com or above
- Software knowledge and experience in Tally
- Writing and speaking knowledge in English (Preference those who knows Hindi too)
- Our customized software PACT need to follow (The same will trained to the employee)
- Salary - Attractive based on the eligibility
Scope of Work
- Petty Cash handling
- Job Order/Invoice preparing
- Docs. filing
- Receivable payment follow up (Over the phone/Email) and need to make the report then update on daily basis.
- Suppliers payment report preparing
- Preparing daily income and expense report
- Preparing monthly report (Vehicle wise) including T/B
- Other vehicle related activities updating Online (will train to candidate)
- Employees salary calculation with WPS through Bank
- Employees Visa related works (New & Renewal) and need to make proper report
